It's still early spring

Two bare trees were talking.

"I can hardly wait to leaf out."

"There is no hurry. It's still early spring."

"No one has an eye on us. Many people take pictures of that cherry tree, you know."

"Don't worry. Look. There is a man taking a picture of us right now."

After the rain shower

Something cold dropped on my head. The rain shower had already stopped.

The drop was from a branch just above me.

The cherry blossoms had a lot of jewels.

What's the hurry?

We have two options to cross over the pedestrian overpass. While I was watching people passing through here, most of them chose the short and steep way.

We sometimes face a choice like this in our lives.
