It's still early spring


Two bare trees were talking.
"I can hardly wait to leaf out."
"There is no hurry. It's still early spring."
"No one has an eye on us. Many people take pictures of that cherry tree, you know."
"Don't worry. Look. There is a man taking a picture of us right now."

  • I think the bare trees are jealous that the cherry blossom trees get all the attention. They feel left out.

    I am sure they are happy that you paid attention to them.
