A stone warehouse

If someone asks me, "What's a special feature in your town?", I'd say, "It's the stone warehouses." Walking around in my town, you can easily find them here and there.
Actually, their existence is not well recognized, because they're too ordinary in my town and they're in private use. But once you realize the variety of their structure and design, you will enjoy them like art pieces.
Yes, I can say they're kind of art.

An entrance to the imaginary world

Where is the border between the real world and the imaginary world? In which world is the street light? How about that tree?
Standing here for a while, I felt as if I was in a SF film.
I might be able to enter another world through the pedestrian bridge.

A calm day

The dog was looking at the wall for a long time. It sometimes yawned, looked up the sky, and turned its eyes to the wall again. Nobody was coming. There were no car noises. Only time flowed calmly there.

The growing building

This building seems to be alive by getting nutrition through the vein. It might be growing little by little. If I were in the building, I might feel it is breathing.

An arrow showing the time

We can't see the flow of time. But we can see what it has made.
There are two adjacent buildings, one is modern and the other is very classic. The pole seems to divide the time, and the arrow shows its flow.

Lunch with a globe

This is my favorite cafe. I often have lunch on Saturday here.
This cafe has unique interior design. Each table is old and each one has a different design. Customers always hesitate over which table to choose.
My favorite is the table which has a globe on it. I don't know why the globe is there.

Three generations

The yellow flower looked around. It worried about its future.
The white head said, "Worrying will get you nowhere."
The bald head said, "Now enjoy your blooming as much as you can. Our life is not so long."

Is that true?

One day, someone told me, "The center seat of this train is a little wider than both side seats." Since then, I'd felt comfortable when I sat on a center seat.
The other day, as there were few passengers in the car, I measured the difference of the seat size. I realized they were same! Since then, I haven't felt comfortable at all when I sit on a center seat.

Pieces on the wall

I walked in front of the wall. I felt as if I was in a museum looking at pictures.
The trees in the pictures sometimes moved. I stopped here and waited for the next breeze.

Good-bye flowers

What a beautiful garden! Who made it?
Actually, it's not a flower garden. This place was a rice paddy until last year. Now weeds have taken over.
Why?
Some houses will be built on this paddy soon.
It's the last time we can see such beautiful flowers here.

Something interesting here and there!

Let's walk around slowly.
We can find something interesting, funny, strange or fascinating.
Life moves so rapidly here in Japan.
Why don't we slow down once in a while?
We will enjoy making a discovery.

Now, let's wander around!
Something interesting is waiting for us.
