A piece on the ground

We usually look ahead or sometimes look up while walking on a street. You might step on something interesting but miss it.
This is a manhole cover I found on a street today. I wonder how many people notice it. It's amazing!

I'm a clock!

This clock must have shown time to children who play in the small park. It doesn't work any longer. But it still watches children with dignity from the wall.
It seems to talk to me, "Why are you staring at me? I'm a clock, you know!"

Isolation in modern times

The town has been changing. Modernization never stops.
This old stone warehouse is completely surrounded by modern things. Modernization is just about swallowing this relic of the past. But this warehouse is standing up to the pressure. It's desperately fighting.
