For tonight's dish
In early winter, the woman harvests the vegetables, and stores them on the ground covering with straws during the winter. Then she takes some out when she uses them in cooking. She has a huge natural refrigerator.

I've posted 120 photos on this blog, but you can find only three photos of persons.
I encountered this woman by chance. She was so kind as to tell me what she was doing and how she would cook the vegetable.
