On winter mornings we can find frozen pools shining in the sunlight. Kids like to break them. Of course I used to do that. Now, I wish I could cut out the frozen light and hang it on the wall in my room.
The patterns in the ice are amazing. I live in Southern California where it almost never gets really cold. However, last week it was very cold in Los Angeles and we also had ice form in pools and on the sidewalks.
